March 20, 2020
In light of the ongoing novel coronavirus situation, we want you to know that we are still committed to providing training on the originally scheduled dates of April 7-8, 2020, but we are moving to an online delivery method for current registrants. An in-person version of Western Grants Forum with an updated program will be held in Portland, Oregon, on a future date. However, the April 7-8 version will be online only.
The health and safety of our attendees and other participants is always our top priority. Many of you have contacted us to share concerns or to inform us of travel restrictions, while others have affirmed a commitment to attend. We have been continued to actively monitor this situation. Although we are committed to delivering the training, we are also committed to doing so in the safest way possible that will accommodate all registrants, which is why we are moving to an online delivery method.
Current registrants will receive access to the online version of the training as well as an on-demand recording. In addition, current paid registrants will also be registered for the new dates or can receive a credit toward a future event sponsored by Federal Grants Training if they prefer. We will follow-up with registrants concerning their options. (Please note that once online access instructions have been sent, cancellation is not possible, but registrants who have not cancelled will receive access to the online event and recording as well as the future credit.)
Registrants can expect to receive access instructions for the online version of the conference the week before the event. The instructions will be emailed directly from our hosting platform. We will also continue to keep registrants updated by email. Any registrants that are not receiving the email updates or have not received their access instructions by March 31 should contact us as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us with your questions.
