Make sure that you are current with the latest developments affecting management of Federal grant awards and subawards. The Western Grants Forum will begin with a ninety minute update. This session will explore recent developments in the areas of legislation, regulatory oversight, administrative actions, and court decisions. The update will emphasize issues for grant-funded organizations subject to the OMB’s Uniform Grants Guidance (a.k.a. the “OMB Super Circular”). This session will also discuss the status of the anticipated revisions to the Uniform Grants Guidance.
