Lori A. Williams, CCAP, has dedicated her entire career to non-profit management which began over 35 years ago. Her entry into non-profit was in the accounting field, serving as Controller overseeing grant-funded financials and ensuring compliance. Lori also held the position of Chief Operating Officer. She is a Certified Community Action Professional and Peer Reviewer for best practices in non-profits. For the past 12 years, she has been a lead trainer/consultant for WiseCAP Training & Consulting.

Currently serving as Associate Director at Pace Community Action Agency, her focus is on business development, program management and process optimization. She oversees a variety of assistance programs and social enterprise businesses. In addition, for the past 10 years, she has served as Treasurer for the Southwestern Indiana Workforce Development Board.
